Warranty Coverage Details:
All installed products by Portland Heating and Air Conditioning including Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Insulation, Electrical, Flues, Ductwork, Roof/Wall Penetrations fall under our lifetime warranty.
If an issue ever arises, contact us and we will fix the problem to the highest of standards.
Lifetime coverage must be line itemed on your receipt and you must call us to have it fixed under warranty.
Any issues that are cause by the customer’s negligence or conditions that are beyond the control of Portland Heat and Air Conditioning will be corrected at our normal service rates. All repairs will be limited by value of the original installation investment and to correcting workmanship defects only. The equipment must be serviced and maintained to the manufactures specifications. Any repairs will be performed at Portland Heating and Air Conditioning’s convenience during Portland Heating and Air Conditioning normal business hours and does not include holidays or weekends. This coverage warranty is only valid to the original customer that purchased the system from Portland Heating and Air Conditioning and is not transferable. If any system has been serviced by another company besides Portland Heat and Air Conditioning the warranty is void.
